Community Ministry Faithful Landlord
Report July 2005
Ronnie and Erika- This couple has shown the ability to succeed, however they continue to face stumbling blocks on their path to self-sufficiency. While the staff has continued their ardent work with them, they have disengaged from the support services offered. Their subsidy was discontinued during the past quarter as their drive and motivation for success seems no longer apparent. They continue in our program and we are hopeful to see a new charge of energy and commitment in the coming month.
Stephanie- has met her goal of attaining a level of stability that she no longer needs a subsidy! She continues to make great forward strides in her goals and we expect to see her as a successful graduate of our program in the coming months.
Mary Margaret- receives $190/ month. Mary continues her search for a job that
matches her skill level and interest.
She recently received one offer, but has decided it was not the right
position for her. Mary is struggling
with a decision as to whether to move down to
Agnes- continues to receive a $100 subsidy while she works toward her educational and financial goals. Agnes will most likely be in a place where she will no longer require a subsidy in the coming months.
Denise- We were able to locate another subsidy funding stream for Denise. She now receives $300 in monthly support, so we have discontinued her subsidy to make room for other families in need.
Remaining funds: We distributed the remainder of funds this quarter in assisting a client (Ms. C) move forward on to independence. With the support of your funds, she was able to move on to her own housing and become a successful graduate of our program.
The next quarterly report will show several new families who have begun receiving the subsidy.
