Volunteers with Community Ministry of Northern Virginia will come to your faith community and provide discussion and materials on the problem of affordable housing in Fairfax County and Northern Virginia. We will describe our work with, and support for, Good Shepherd Housing and Family Services, including how the program works, and our success stories. We will describe the need for more Faithful Landlords and how you can become one, or just how you can support our efforts.
Community Ministry of Northern Virginia is an active participant in the Housing Task Force of the Community Interfaith Liaison Office of Fairfax County government. The Task Force is a resource that Community Ministry will also utilize in developing with a faith community a Housing and Faithful Landlords Awareness and Educational program.
